Business & System Analyst Manager

- Analyze and gather business requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop clear Functional Specifications, High-Level Design, and User Manuals to guide the development team.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functions meet business needs.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Evaluate and manage change requests or new features, assessing feasibility and proposing solutions.
- Act as the key contact between business teams and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst (enterprise or large-scale projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Project Management practices
- Good knowledge of DBMS, Oracle, SQL Server
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation projects (advantage)
