• Full - range for sourcing qualified applicants through interviews for the timely replacement of and/or additional manpower
• Conducts full - range for boarding process to new hire in relation to policies and procedures
• Conduct full - range for separation process such as exit interview and clearance process
• Administer the maintenance of HRIS database system for timely and accurate submission of census weekly and monthly reports
• Administer employee data movement and maintain data accuracy.
• Monitors probationary, contractual and temporary employee to ensure compliance to contract and labor requirements.
• Monitor and coordinate for Expat visa & work permit promptly
• Able to work at UM Tower, 8:30 - 18.00 (Mon - Fri) 
• Assist HR Head of Department as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM, Business Admin or related field
• Minimum HR work experience 3 years
• Good knowledge of labour law
• Good command of English (TOEIC: 680)
• Ability to work under pressure, dynamic environment
• Good attitude with service mind
