- C&B - validate Annual Salary Review, Fixed Bonus, Variable Bonus, Group Line Insurance Renewal, Employee Retirement Package
- Payroll - Social Security Report, Provident Fund Report, Monthly Payroll Report (full range), Group Life Insurance Report
- Employee Service - Employment Certificate, Visa Letter
- Government - Skills Development Report, Workmen Compensation Report, Welfare Report
- Survey - Gather and validate data
- Record Management - Maintain employee file per guideline and procedure
- Able to work at UM Tower, 8:30 - 18.00 (Mon - Fri)
- Assist HR Head of Department as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM, Business Admin or related field
- Minimum HR work experience 3 years
- Good knowledge of labour law
- Good command of English (TOEIC: 680)
- Ability to work under pressure, dynamic environment
- Good attitude with service mind
