- Audits customer account invoices to ensure adherence to customer agreements.
- Reviews billing rates to ensure correct rates are used.
- Assists with collections to ensure customer payments are received.
- Provides support to Account Executives, Collections, and external customers to address billing issues and provide requested reports.
- Conducts freight audits and reviews carrier invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Performs billing, auditing, and accounts payable and receivable activities to ensure promptness and accuracy.
- Contacts external customers and vendors as required to gather inquiry details and provide resolution.
- Investigates invoice problems to identify root causes, reduce costs and resolve billing concerns.
- Works with Business Development, Financial & Accounting to resolve disputed invoices and to minimize expense write-offs.
- Monitors and updates RCD reports on unreleased charges and collection activities to minimize Days Sales Outstanding.
- Monitors customer accounts to ensure past due invoices are addressed, bad debt exposure is reduced, and customers comply with payment terms.
- Monitors the daily workflow and make recommendation for improvement if necessary.
- Communicates operational instructions to the processing workgroup.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistic Management or related field
- 3 years of airline business or airfreight forwarding experience
- Computer Literacy for MS Word, MS Excel
- Fair command of English in written and verbal communication
- Team player and able to work independently
- Be proactive
- Able to work at UPS Head Office, UM Tower
- Able to work during 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri), 8:30 - 12:00 (Every Sat)
