Responsibilities

    • Answer customer calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
    • Provide Software telephone support, analyze the problem and coordinate with the related team to prepare the best solution for customers.
    • Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the teams' activities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related fields.
    • Able to work on normal working hour, non-working hour and week-end for application support.
    • New graduated are welcome.
    • Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
    • Excellent customer handling skills with service minded.
    • Good planning and organization skills.
    • Good communication skills.
