- Daily Support IT problem and UR for All Executive and Secretary such as Install software, Upgrade computer, setup configuration
- Manage incident problem, tracking and close all incident within Service level agreement(SLA) and escalation to related team
- Daily and Monthly Executive service report
- Special assignment from manager (Special Event and Project)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or IT.
- 0-4 years of experience in the Computer or IT Support
- Good personality, service-minded positive attitude, hardworking, enthusiastic, initiative, and teamwork spirit
- Good analytical and decision making
- Good communication skills and well coordination in English
