• 5 years experience in Tech Lead
• Location: BTS Ekkamai
• Working Day: Mon-Fri (WFA 1 day per week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, reliability, security and cost-effectiveness of software solutions using industry best practices
• Validate requirements, perform analysis and design, manage, and orchestrate solutions for system improvements and new applications
• Evaluate work process and implement technology solutions to current and future business needs
• Encourage an environment that promotes customer service, excellence, innovation, collaboration and teamwork

Qualification:

• Ability to balance system stability with business agility
• Experience with modern software delivery practices
• Flexibility and willingness to work with all levels of the web development technology stack
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software development eco-system e.g. operations, software engineers, QA, network & infrastructure, and other technology teams
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems
• Experience leading a team of individuals with disparate areas of expertise
• Ability to mentor others in all aspects of software engineering
• Ability to see large-scale projects to completion
• Ability to convert product requirements into technical specifications and effectively communicate them to both onsite and offshore engineers
