Sr. Professional, Customer Analytics
atBig C Supercenter Co., Ltd.- Prepare and present customer segmentation performance summaries, highlighting key behavioral drivers, segment detractors and channel-specific insights including online, offline and O2O trends.
- Provide customer-targeted insights and deep-dive analyses to address stakeholders’ specific business questions.
- Analyze market and customer data to identify segment opportunities, customer growth and engagement.
- Develop, write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large and complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics.
