Job Responsibilities
- Support งานในส่วน Earn & Burn point และสินค้าพรีเมี่ยม (Wish list item) ตามรอบโปรโมชั่น โดยเซ็ทระบบทำ UAT test, ทำ test case และเซ็ทระบบจริงก่อนเริ่มโปรแกรม เช็คระบบในวันแรกที่เริ่มโปรโมชั่น, ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง Promotion
- Report Earn & Burn point, แคมเปญโปรโมชั่น และ Wish list โดย รวบรวมข้อมูล เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์โปรโมชั่นเบื้องต้น
- งานเอกสาร PR-PO และควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย budget
- Monitor Case ลูกค้าร้องเรียน ของงานในส่วน Earn & Burn point campaign promotion และ Wish list item โดย ตรวจสอบระบบ ความถูกต้องจากระบบ ประสานงาน Call center ลูกค้า และร้านค้า
- Monitor & compare โปรโมชั่นของคู่แข่งกับของ Big point และจัดทำเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น Memo, TOR, Sole source
Qualificatio
- ประสบการณ์ Earn & Burn point และ Wishlist
- มีทักษะวิเคราะห์โปรโมชั่น
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน และ ตอบคำถามลูกค้าให้เข้าใจได้
- มีการวางแผน working timeline ตามที่กำหนดและติดตามงานได้ดี
