- วางแผนกำลังคนให้สอดคล้องกับการจัดส่ง Order
- Experience in retailer,Trading,FMCG or Merketplace
- บริการจัดการ การ Pack สินค้า ตามยอดการสั่งซื้อช่องทาง Shopee, Lazada รวมไปถึงวางแผนกำลังคน อุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบและติดตามงานกับสาขาเรื่องการจัดการสินค้า fulfillment และ Online warehouse (% Order Achievement , % Delivery achievement) รวมถึงการตรวจสอบ Return, Refund และ Cancellation ในระบบของ seller center(Lazada, shopee,etc )
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามกับ customer contact center ในการจัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและติดตาม รวมถึงประสานงานกับทาง Platform และสาขา ดูแลจัดการยอดเงินคงค้าง
- ติดตามการทำ CN จากสาขา และติดตามเงินค้างชำระจากทาง Platform ต่างๆ รวมถึงการเปิด PR, PO
- พัฒนาระบบ(system)และขั้นตอนการทำงาน (process) เพื่อเพิ่ม Productivity ของงาน Marketplace Platform ต่างๆ เพื่อรองรับปริมาณงานและเพิ่มคุณภาพการทำงาน
- วางแผนกำลังคนพนักงานที่สาขา เพื่อสอดคล้องกับการทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อรองรับกิจกรรม ต่างๆ เช่น Promotion Event งานประจำเดือน รวมถึง Promotion อื่นๆ
- จัดทำKPI และ ขั้นตอนการทำงานให้เป็นมาตรฐาน และปรับปรุงคุณภาพและประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารนำเสนอ เกี่ยวกับผลดำเนินงานของ Marketplace Platform (Lazada, shopee, etc)
