Role & Responsibilities

• Provide with analytic and insight interpretation and consultancy. Specifically working with Vendors to improve insight effectiveness and drive higher engagement with Customers.
• Deliver the agreed program of Insights (range reviews, promotional optimization, price optimization, customer development plan, shopper segmentation, store segmentation and advanced analysis for supplier collaboration program).
• Interpret questions from commercial and marketing teams, design and deliver timely answers to these ad-hoc request.
• Help to improve existing analysis and business process and support the supplier team in delivering advanced analytic.
• Coaching and training users to have adequate knowledge of the solutions for self-sufficiency.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
• At least 2-5 years analysis experience in Customer insight, CRM, or Loyalty programs
• Experienced in management of analytic services, including familiarity with the main methodologies and tools utilized in delivering BI and analytic deliverables
• Good knowledge of SQL, SAS, and related tools & proficiency in MS Excel
• Proven experience in delivering analytic to support decision processes including ranging (assortment),price, promotion, CRM, store planning, and etc.
