หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับและตอบข้อร้องเรียน หรือให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท ในช่องทางต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ / การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาดเพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลตอบลูกค้า
- สำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และสรุปรายงาน
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลร้องเรียน และสรุปประเด็นปัญหาคุณภาพให้กับ supplier
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการตลาด ฝ่ายผลิต และลูกค้าภายนอก
คุณสมบัติ
- หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 25 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี
- ปริญญาตรี วิทยาศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา สังคมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การประสานงาน การเจรจาต่อรอง ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ และคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารที่ดี
