• Manage sales to meet targets.
• Identify and seek new business opportunities within the direct sales channel. Develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate emerging markets.

• Proven experience in direct sales, new business development or account management, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience in the FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
