Description

Process Management

• Set up SOP for Promo/License and Lead the execution across functions and factory partners
• Benmark factory process and leverage best practice sharing, master process fundamentals
• Drive cross functional process to get alignment between coverage and factory delivery and reporting
• Coach, mentor and lead factories on opportunities of SOP optimization.

Delivery Management

• Communication to factories reiterating expectations on planning and delivering promo products
• Getting a global recurring review in place to proactively plan and execute priorities
• Being Dec point resource to liaise with Sport Marketing/Promo teams and back to DEC
• Monitor factory planning and production, maintain a consistent regular visibility of factory delivery plans against priority needs.
• Proactively identify risks and drive resolution to expedite delivery, communicate timely and properly on impact 
• Lead OTP tracking and present DEC on working collaborations on prioritization
• Proactively engage and collaborate in material prioritization in support of Promo and License.
• Analyze common issues and develop resolution to maximize OTP and coverage. 

Order Fulfillment

• Drive factory’s order processing and material booking timeline
• PO exception management & administration ( GAC change, divert, early & later shipment, late adds, cancellations, AF) 

Project Management

• Support execution of new projects/Programs at partner level
• Lead data analysis and reporting to help improve the process
• Lead/support project/best practice development & deployment
• Act as trainer/consultant to support teammates capability building and issue solutions

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 to 6 years directly relevant work experience
• Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain preferred
