HR Training
atThai O.P.P. PCL- Develop and implement KPI, competency and succession planning project
- Design training course and ensure the effectiveness of training & development activity
- Recommend appropriate training course and able to be the trainer
- Record all the related activities
- Prepare training report to submit it to the Labor Department
- Male/Female age between 25-37 years
- Bachelor Degree or higher, preferred in Human Resource Management or other related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR Training field
- Good communication, human relation skills, good networking and proactive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
