Senior International Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities(หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก)


• Ownership of the commercial P&L for responsible markets
• To expand existing business in the assigned markets, recognizing market opportunities and constraints.
• To identify and evaluate new business opportunities for the company.
• To be the point of contact for retailers, wholesalers, distributors sales personnel to access brand materials and even develop additional materials for specific local market needs, within brand guidelines.
• To manage all projects within budget, and in a timely fashion and therefore provide significant added value where budgeted for.
• Must work extremely well with the local distributor and wider marketing team to understand and support their needs.
• Responsible for quality control and consistent execution of brand identity on all brands (including the corporate IBHL brand).
• To communicate the company’s goals and objectives to distributors.
• To undertake public relations activities and field sales visits with distributors.
• To attend key events and consumer focused trade shows in the territory, working with distributors to build brand awareness.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and make recommendations that will continually improve return on marketing investment for the business.
• Provide effective trade channel support that can engage and leverage wholesaler, retailer and distributor networks and achieve their buy in to support our programs and so build scale.
• To act in the role of the Company’s brand ambassador in assigned markets


Qualification (คุณสมบัติ)

• Bachelor's Degree, Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
• Min 5 years of experience in the FMCG / alcohol industry
• Having proven success in managing field sales or dealers and significant experience across multiple retail channels (i.e. traditional trade, on & off trade, and modern trade.
• Have the experience to manage a distributor or authorized dealer model
• Background in spirits, either through professional experience or personal interest.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Able to travel often and work flexible time.
