Learning Program Design Associate/Sr. Associate
atThai Beverage PCL- BA in Business, Psychology or related fields
- Have extensive experience in HRD/OD L&D area
- Good command of English
Main Roles and Responsibilities: -
The objective of this new role is expanding and refining all learning at ThaiBev. We are working on establishing Corporate University to build organization capabilities among ThaiBev Group, moving towards end-to-end Career Based Learning and Development: linked to career path and individual development plan, with managers setting targets, coaching, teaching, and observing, using in-house case studies, and of course application. The role includes creating and enabling digital learning content, workshops, coaching by managers, new processes, and measurement.
- Design and develop functional learning programs and content
- Implement various learning methods companywide and employ innovative scalable capability building methods that go beyond the classroom, including Career Based coaching, mentor program, job-shadowing, self-directed learning, technology-based learning, learning on the job, monitoring, etc.
- Teach facilitators and co-facilitate with managers.
- Consult with and guide business units, coordinate and organize functional capabilities review and provide full support on functional learning and development program.
- Analyze needs for learning and development programs. Track and measure impact
- Cover content development and delivery functional skills
Qualification:-
- BA in Business, Psychology or related fields.
- Experience in functional learning strategy consulting, writing, editing, facilitation, and coaching. Familiarity with online learning content is helpful. (We are not looking for someone who manages outsourced training or someone without program design capability.)
- Consulting and managing change is a pro. An ability to bring perspectives from various sides of the business is more important than extensive experience in HR L&D area.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work on own initiative, enjoy working with team and have a sense of humor
