• Responsible for overall Employer Branding strategy
• Translate our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to attract young talent candidates
• Drive the employer brand through local PR, social media engagement, and media partners
• Organize campus activities and roadshow to connect with universities and potential young workforce
• Design, build and execute a portfolio of recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.)
• Design and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy, developing campaigns and initiatives to help attract diverse talent)

Desired Skills and Experience :-

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, creating strategy and hands-on execution of a range of marketing campaigns including content creation, creative, and branding
• Passionate and detail-oriented, with the ability to incorporate corporate goals and messaging in campaigns
• Ability to lead and execute large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders independently
• Creative thinker with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English and Thai speaker with excellent writing skills
• Experience in employee branding roles is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication skills – able to work with diverse groups of people
• Being strongly client focus and customer-service-oriented, and able to collaborate seamlessly across company
• Flexible mindset and a team player
