Employer Branding Associate / Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute employer branding to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Create and manage employer branding campaigns across various channels, including social media, career websites, and job boards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all employer-related communications.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target candidate demographics and tailor branding efforts accordingly.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding and incorporate them into strategies.
- Manage employer review platforms and respond to employee reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to align employer branding efforts with talent acquisition goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as employer brand agencies and industry influencers, to enhance employer brand visibility.
- Continuously evaluate and improve employer branding strategies based on feedback and data analysis.
- Manage the project assignment related to employer brand and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of employer branding principles and best practices.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with employer review platforms and online reputation management.
