Customer Relation Management (AVP)
atOcean Life Insurance PCL- Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
- Analyze customers' data and leverage analytics finding to identify right target customers, right offering and right channels to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Working closely with marketing / sales / operation team in order to design the implementation plan based on defined CRM strategy.
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM and Marketing Campaigns
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- Planning, executing and following up on customer retention campaigns through a variety of distribution channels
- Conduct pre and post campaign analysis, review campaign performance, assess business impact and recommend next actions
- Male/Female age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years experience in CRM, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E commerce, Marketing communication or any related
- Good command of English and computer literacy
- Good analytical skill, data management and detail-oriented
- Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
- Able to work upcountry occasional
