Responsibilities :

1. Introducing new ideas and concepts for Video Content
2. Work with Writer , Graphic designer and Editor to ensure the quality of the video content.
3. Organizing shooting and production schedules
4. Approving major production changes
5. Managing the pre and post-production process including music selection, editing and special effects
6. Meeting with other managing team members, such as video edior
7. Creating storyline and outlining the shooting board for further production.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Film, Production, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years’ experience or more in multi-media production , YouTube , Podcast
3. Knowledge in storytelling and understanding the production and post-production process i.e. pre-production planning, storyboarding etc.
4. Attention to details,able to work on schedule, and under pressing timeline.
5. Logical thinking, interpersonal skillsand problem-solving skills confidently.
