Rôle et Responsabilités
1. Training /Workshop / Partner monthly meeting facilitator
2. Engagement program with service center e.g. Engagement Activity.
3. Partner system management (GSPN, SBA system)
User registration
Create and control user ID
Re-set password, add authorization, re-active used ID
Upgrade user ID as per requested
4. End to End DVE (student program)
Budget approval, survey students with SVC partner and Collage, Interview, provide contract, monitor after internship till student graduate.
5. Monthly Orientation
Support to development a friendly training contents.
Training and Certificate for new staff (Online/Offline) and Certified by Theory and Roll play.
6. Monitor and Control budget of NW support (PO to billing process)
7. Manage outbound call
8. General ad hoc of NW support team assignment.
Stock control (training tools, uniform)
