- สามารถทำงานกะและโยกย้ายสาขาได้ทั่วประเทศ (มีค่าที่พักให้)
- มีบุคลิกที่ดี คล่องแคล่ว กระตือรือร้น รักในงานบริการ
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหาร
