Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and develop content strategy to promote high-rise residential projects (condominiums).

2. Create engaging marketing content for online and offline channels such as social media, websites, advertisements, and campaign materials.

3. Develop project storytelling that highlights project concept, location advantages, lifestyle, and unique selling points.

4. Coordinate with design, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent communication and branding.

5. Produce content for project launches, campaigns, and promotional activities to support sales targets.

6. Review and ensure the accuracy of project information in all communication materials.

7. Monitor content performance and market trends to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.

8. Work with external partners such as agencies, photographers, and media to produce high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields.

• 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or property marketing.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills in Thai (English is a plus).

• Understanding of digital platforms and social media marketing.

• Creative mindset with the ability to translate project concepts into compelling content.

• Experience in real estate or high-rise projects will be an advantage.
