Workplace Administrative Coordinator

Provide administrative support to the organization by performing a variety of tasks. These may include coordinating with clients, visitors, and staff, preparing and maintaining reports, filling documents, and ensuring that the organization’s daily operations and procedures run smoothly and efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication with clients, visitors, and staff while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding office facilities, meeting room locations and availability, as well as responding to general inquiries
- Enforce security protocols by managing visitor logs, access badges, and overseeing office entry procedures
- Maintain and update office records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Manage lost and found items, keeping detailed records and ensuring proper handling
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analyze data to support decision-making and organizational objectives
- Assist in event planning and coordination, as well as coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a well-maintained office environment, particularly for board and top management meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor to enhance operational efficiency
