Job Purpose

Act as a key technical leader in identifying, designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise software solutions to automate, simplify, and enhance business processes. Ensure all systems and solutions are aligned with business strategy, architectural standards, and long‑term organizational objectives. Drive technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance across FWD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced software solutions to support FWD’s business operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end system delivery, including system analysis, solution and integration design, development oversight, and testing, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and coordinate with users to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Act as a key technical advisor throughout software selection, vendor engagement, and solution implementation to ensure optimal fit with business needs and technology direction.
• Lead and supervise outsourced developers, vendors, or software houses, ensuring delivery quality, adherence to requirements, internal standards, and agreed timelines, while providing technical guidance and coaching.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization, and ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness for delivered solutions.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of computer science, computer/software engineering, statistics or mathematics
• Strong in software development and implementation in Insurance Industry at least 10 years especially in Java, C#, NodeJS, ReactJS and design and Develop APIs / Microservices.
• Knowledge in Back-end Development and DBMS database, permission, deployment, application security, integration and risk management
• Excellence communication in Thai and English
