Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust Java-based applications.
- Build and mentor team to write clean, efficient, and well-documented Java code following best practices and object-oriented programming principles.
- Collaborate with Agile team to design, develop, test, and maintain applications and services in accordance with established standards.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure code quality, application stability and performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
- Prepare and update documentation, including reports or manuals to support business and technical operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through code reviews, refactoring, and optimization.
- Effectively multi-task handling under pressure with the good quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years in software development, system analysis and design.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Experience with Java Spring frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL.
- Familiarity with Linux operating system and shell script.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skill.
