Sales Representative – Aesthetic (Bangkok)

Job Summary

The Junior Sales Representative – Aesthetic is responsible for supporting and executing sales activities to drive revenue growth within the aesthetic market in Bangkok. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals, while promoting aesthetic products such as Teoxane/TSK to support the achievement of the company’s sales objectives. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams to support promotional activities, product training, and customer engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell aesthetic products such as Teoxane/TSK to aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the aesthetic market
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and basic training support to customers when required
  • Support marketing activities such as product launches, workshops, medical training sessions, and seminars
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within the aesthetic industry
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales performance
  • Prepare sales reports and regularly update customer information in the system
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Medical Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the aesthetic, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience selling aesthetic products such as dermal fillers, injectables, medical devices, or related products will be considered an advantage

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage assigned sales territory
