• ช่วยเตรียมวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์สำหรับการทดลองพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร
• ปรุงอาหารตามสูตรที่ได้รับ พร้อมบันทึกสัดส่วนวัตถุดิบและขั้นตอนอย่างละเอียด
• ดูแลความสะอาดและความพร้อมของห้องทดลองและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆของงานพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
• สนับสนุนงานด้าน screen test, sensory test, pilot test หรือการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในและภายนอก
• ตรวจเช็คและจัดเก็บวัตถุดิบให้เหมาะสมตามหลักสุขอนามัย
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าทีม R&D
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปวช. /ปวส. สาขาอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร, อาหาร อื่นสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานปรุงอาหาร หรือทำอาหารเป็นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ (และหากเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
