• Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with contractual warranty obligations and after-sales service.
    • Drive sales of parts, components, and service solutions to achieve targets.
    • Build and maintain long-term service and maintenance contracts with customers.
    • Assess market trends, identify new business opportunities, and recommend strategies.
    • Review and approve key documents such as contracts, quotations, discounts, and sales orders.
    • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and support problem-solving initiatives.
    • Monitor and approve customer credit limits, expenses, and budgets within authority.
    • Plan and track sales forecasts, monitor performance vs. targets, and initiate corrective actions.
    • Review sales, collections, and credit performance reports; implement improvement plans.
    • Lead, coach, and train team members to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
    • Oversee procurement, team expenses, and operations to ensure policy compliance.
    • Promote workplace safety, 5S practices, and continuous innovation.
    • Gather feedback from customers and staff to improve sales and service operations.

    Qualifications & Key Competencies

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
    • Male/Female, age 30 and above.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
    • Strong service mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
    • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in using PC applications.
    • Good command of English (written and spoken).
