Assistant Product Specialist – Bone Mineral Densitometer (Hologic DXA)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Product Specialist to support our Bone Mineral Densitometer (Hologic DXA) business. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge medical technology, and grow your career in the medical device industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales and marketing activities for Bone Densitometer (Hologic DXA) products.
- Prepare scientific and technical documents, as well as sales support materials (brochures, presentations, comparative studies).
- Work alongside the sales team to deliver impactful product presentations and provide information to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to help shape marketing strategies and improve service quality.
- Prepare monthly performance reports (sales activities, customer engagement, competitor movements).
- Participate in product demonstrations and deliver introductory training sessions to medical staff.
- Coordinate with Application Specialists and Service Engineers to ensure smooth product installation and customer support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Radiologic Technology, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- Prior knowledge of medical devices, especially Bone Densitometer (DXA), is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and academic writing skills (Thai/English).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel across regions to support customer activities.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
