Associate Planning Director

Key accountabilities:
- Manages team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets
- Overseas output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team
- Understands the trading implications of planning decisions made to ensure agency and client objectives are delivered
- Understands and ensures that each team member fully understand and can deliver against client key performance indicators/targets
- Supports the Director to ensure client and the business' priorities are filtered through to the team
- Manages upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in media planning within a media or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of media planning, audience targeting, and data-driven planning
- Excellent leadership, people management, and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
