Account Receivable (AR)
atMove On Executive Co., Ltd.หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities)
• ออกเอกสารการขายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบเสนอราคา/ใบวางบิล/ใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี (ตามระบบบริษัท)
• ติดตามการชำระเงินลูกหนี้ (AR Follow-up) ทั้งลูกค้าโครงการและหน้าร้าน พร้อมบันทึกผลการติดตาม
• กระทบยอดยอดลูกหนี้คงค้าง และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยอดรับชำระ
• บันทึกรับชำระเงิน/โอน/เช็ค และจัดทำรายงานสรุปการรับเงินประจำวัน/ประจำสัปดาห์
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย/ทีมติดตั้ง/คลัง/ผู้จัดการโครงการ เพื่อยืนยันสถานะส่งมอบงานและเงื่อนไขการวางบิล
• จัดเก็บเอกสารลูกหนี้อย่างเป็นระบบ (เอกสารจริงและไฟล์) เพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบ/บัญชี/ภาษี
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าทีมบัญชี/ผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)
• วุฒิ ปวส./ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน บัญชีบริหาร หรือสาขาเกี่ยวข้อง
• ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ หากมีพื้นฐานบัญชีดี และพร้อมเรียนรู้งาน
• ใช้ Excel/Google Sheets ได้ดี (เช่น VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง จัดเอกสารและตัวเลขเป็นระบบ
• กล้าประสานงานและติดตามงานได้ (พูดคุยสุภาพ มีทักษะสื่อสาร)
• หากเคยใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี/ERP (เช่น Express, FlowAccount หรืออื่นๆ) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
