Responsibilities:

• As a passionate entrepreneur, you will be empowered to take full responsibility of the operations of the business while supporting the Head of Operations
• Analytics – Analyze and track KPIs (lots of it) to improve operations performance and take customer experience to the next level!
• Strategy – Proactively proposing new strategies to improve all cities. We are not the kind of
  company where we want to maintain the status quo. We always want to be one step ahead
• Find ways to drive logistics efficiency in foodpanda cities, by standardizing processes out of local markets to simplify and streamline from a country level (TH)
• Potential projects:
  - Define and own the incentives model to influence riders’ performance
  - Define, develop and implement a standard staffing analysis approach to improve the efficiency of our fleet utilization
  - Optimize our demand and supply forecast model
• Develop and improve SOPs, processes and automated solutions to improve effectiveness and
  efficiency of country operations
• Be responsible for local quality of service - delivery times, success rates and customer satisfaction
• Develop and introduce various efficient improvement tools across major business functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Master degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or any other quantitative related field
• 2-3 years' experience in consulting firms is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, some knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Structured problem solver ability with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Hard working, adaptable person with ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing job duties
• Thai national only, with fluency in English
