- ออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้ง สินค้าใหม่ สินค้าในปัจจุบัน และผลิตภัณฑ์ภายใต้แบรนด์และโครงการต่างๆ ของบริษัท และวางแผนการทำงานให้สามารถจำหน่ายได้ตามแผนงานที่กำหนด และตรงตามแผนการตลาด
- กำหนดขั้นตอนการทำวิจัยและการสำรวจความต้องการของลูกค้าที่มีต่อสินค้า
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการารทำวิจัยผลิตภัณฑ์และนำเสนอแนงทางการปรับปรุงสินค้า เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ร่วมกับผู้ผลิตสินค้า ให้สามารถพัฒนาและผลิตสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการของบริษัท และมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ข้อกำหนดต่างๆ
- กำหนดขั้นตอนการทำสินค้า การคิดต้นทุนของสินค้า และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระบบคำนวณต้นทุนสินค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อลดต้นทุนสินค้า และสรรหาวัตถุดิบ บรรจุภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์ทางเลือก
