VP-HRBP ( FAB Food Holding )
atBoonrawd Brewery Co., Ltd.Key Responsibilities:
● Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior executives across all subsidiary companies within the FAB FOOD HOLDING Group.
● Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives, operational needs, and long-term growth plans, including IPO readiness.
● Lead organizational design and workforce planning to ensure scalable structures that support current operations and future expansion.
● Drive key HR initiatives including Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement across the group.
● Cultivate and manage an organizational culture that reflects the brand identity and corporate values of FAB FOOD HOLDING.
● Oversee the implementation and enhancement of HRIS systems and utilize HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
● Ensure full compliance with labor laws, corporate governance, and HR best practices, particularly in preparation for the regulatory requirements of IPO.
● Collaborate closely with the Group CFO and executive team to support board-level and investor-related reporting and workforce strategies.
● Manage and lead the corporate HR team and coordinate with HR leaders across subsidiaries to ensure consistent HR practices and alignment with group standards.
