Job Description

• Support the full cycle of the recruiting process and collaborate in the talent search, from getting job assignments to candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with HRBP to create proactive manpower
• Source and screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection, tools, and methods to filter candidates within the schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experiences, and aptitudes
• Perform employee background checks and verify information
• Other assignments as assigned

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• At least 1-2 years experience in the HR recruitment function
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office program
• Good communication skills in English
• Be a fast learner and willing to learn new things
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, hands-on with a can-do attitude
• Good at the interpersonal skill
