Work you’ll do
- Lead and oversee regulatory compliance and advisory services to multinational clients and organizations in the various areas of laws, e.g. corporate, commercial, contract, data privacy, labor, merger & acquisition (M&A), business restructuring, and transaction documents.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex business agreements for multinational clients and organizations in the various industries.
- Act as a key point of contact and represent clients before relevant authorities, e.g. Ministry of Commerce, Revenue Department, Securities and Exchange Commission, Stock Exchange of Thailand and other authorities.
- Lead and manage Clients’ projects, including planning and managing costs and resources
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams within the firm, such as tax and audit, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Develop, coach, and mentor junior team members, including performance guidance, technical training, and on‑the‑job development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laws. LLM is an advantage.
- 5+ years related experience in law firm/consulting firm or listed company. Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in professional services firm is preferable.
- Highly effective in multi-tasking and works well with multiple deadlines.
- Commitment to providing quality service to clients.
- Good command in Thai and English (both writing and speaking).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication analytical skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Strong research, time management, organization skills, leadership and mentorship skills, as well as team management abilities.
