IT Support Officer
atKinof Innovative- ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของ Software / Hardware
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานเกี่ยวกับข้อเสนอและการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
- ให้คำปรึกษาและจัดอบรมวิธีการใช้งานของโปรแกรมให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดทำคู่มือการทำงาน และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อส่งมอบงาน
- บันทึกผลการทำงาน และจัดทำรายงานเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี หรือเทียบเท่า สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร User เข้าใจงานได้ตรงประเด็น เข้าใจง่าย
- มีความกระตือรือร้น สนใจที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆได้เร็ว และพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
- สามารถเดินทางนอกสถานที่ได้ (แคราย)
