We use data, research, strategy, and empathy to guide multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal, balancing diverse perspectives and empowering our teams to do great work. Responsibilities

• Understand our user and Coins’ existing products

• Maintain and improve our product and build better services  

• Lead impactful product launch by participating in design, code review, implementation of the product, managing timeline/framework, pushing and unblocking crucial step of work

• Identify requirements from start to launch of the product, track status and collect feedback

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Engineer, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to accelerate the business while managing operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Passionate with Crypto and show growth-opened mindset

• Experience 2+ years in working with Product Launch, Product Development/ Product Management

• Strong organization communication, verbal and written, both Thai and English, with ability to convey user experience and understand technical infrastructure requirements

• Shown extensive leadership and team work experience

• Experience working with JIRA management tools 

• Know some of the following languages/frameworks : Python, AWS, Django, Ember.js, Redis, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus

• A track-record of getting things done - drive, ownership and execution are core to our culture at coins.co.th

• A Bachelor's degree or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, BBA, MBA or related field
