Head of Sales, Scaled Programs, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in a sales, marketing, commercial or management consulting role
  • People/team management experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading sizeable sales or marketing teams, with a focus on a having a solid people leadership philosophy, coaching and mentoring to develop team members and drive business success
  • Ability to think big, synthesize information and needs, and devise the right strategy for success in the market
  • Demonstrated customer focus and ability to use partnerships and consultations to drive growth
  • Proactive and passionate about digital transformation, with the ability to stay ahead in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently


About the job

With a rapidly growing array of sales teams, it's important to have knowledgeable, charismatic leaders to guide our client sales teams. As a Sales manager, you'll lead and coach high-performing account teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for the business. Sales managers willingly help their teams and roll up their sleeves to partner directly with clients to provide comprehensive service. You are an excellent communicator with a proven ability to train and motivate a large team, and you take an analytical approach to sales management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing sales team within Google Customer Solutions who work to help Thailand clients/advertisers grow.
  • Use coaching as a core strategic tool to develop team skills and deliver on business results.
  • Ensure that the team is always up to date with digital marketing advancements; develop and implement strategies for success, and design and iterate workflows across teams and operational plans for large-scale ideas.
  • Deliver on goals for the markets and drive business performance to meet growth expectations.
  • Collaborate across Thailand, Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific, and global teams to both learn and share best practices and drive broader success.
