Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project-specific commissioning strategies aligned with client expectations, SLA requirements, and global standards (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute Tier, ISO, TIA-942).
• Define commissioning scope, level of documentation, acceptance testing protocols (FAT/SAT/IST), and integrated system workflows in line with multinational project delivery practices.
• Coordinate with international client teams during design and pre-construction phases to align commissioning requirements from Day 1.
• Lead commissioning efforts across all MEP systems—electrical (MV/LV), mechanical (chillers, CRAC), fire protection, security, and automation (BMS/EMS).
• Coordinate with international vendors, third-party commissioning agents, EPC contractors, and consultants for timely execution.
• Manage multilingual and cross-functional commissioning teams across time zones and technical disciplines.
• Conduct and report on Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) in both local and remote settings.
• Ensure commissioning documentation is in line with international best practices, including method statements, pre-functional checklists, testing reports, redlines, and final turnover packages.
• Track commissioning issues (Cx Log), NCRs, and manage root cause resolutions collaboratively with global teams.
• Support the preparation of audit and certification documents for third-party reviews (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier Certification, ISO 27001).
• Ensure full compliance with international safety and commissioning protocols.
• Conduct periodic updates, dashboards, and progress reports for international clients and head office leadership.
• Facilitate formal handover processes with Operations, including Training, O&M documentation, and warranty management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 8–12 years of commissioning experience in large-scale MEP or mission-critical infrastructure projects. Minimum 5 years in data center commissioning for global clients (hyperscalers, international colocation providers, enterprise).
• Strong understanding of global standards including Uptime Tier III/IV, TIA-942, ASHRAE, ISO 9001/27001, and NFPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Bluebeam, and commissioning management tools (CxAlloy, FMSystems, or similar).
• Certification in Commissioning (e.g., CxA, BCxP, NEBB, ASHRAE) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data center sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, energy efficiency benchmarking).
• Experience working in multi-country project teams or clients across APAC, Europe, or North America.
• Ability to travel regionally or internationally during key project milestones.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); ability to lead international meetings and technical reviews (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
