Job Description
  • Assist in the planning, design, development of new applications and enhancements to existing applications
  • Propose the solution to get approval from IT Solution Committee
  • Identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems
  • Apply technology and operational best practices in designing, developing and implementing standards
  • Provide oversight of conceptual designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture governance
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Provide service and system expertise, build client-specific technical knowledge, perform impact and root cause analysis on defects and identify high-level and complex system solutions
  • Be up to date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery
