Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creates and maintain business requirements document including business workflow and data flow diagram which can be understandable by business and technical team
- Monitors that all requirements and developments will comply with applicable standard, BOT regulations and audit requirements by coordinating with related parties both internal and external units
- Provides the end to end solution analysis by identifying business need, business constraints, business impacts and new opportunities which may have in the future
- Presents requirements and solution to stakeholders for approval process or program design and development
- Research market landscape, including competitors, and identify trends/insights to capture competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, Economics or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in role of Business Development or Business Process Improvement (Experience in Banking or Financial industry is preferred)
- Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
