Job Description
  • Stay on top of digital customer, ecosystem, trends, innovation and deliver in-depth analysis of digital movement with recommendations
  • See, operate and protect SCB Easy business and its customers by using expertise areas of performance management, platform management and pragmatic process improvement
  • Track and analyze metric reports and align with strategy and OKRs to help make business decision
  • Build value chain alliance and processes between parties to scientifically report complaints and incidents, solve and eliminate poor experience
  • Ensure supporting network of all tiers has the most updated knowledge and understanding of digital platforms' capabilities, terms and conditions

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer information system, business administration, software engineering, computer science, marketing or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in Mobile/Web App product management
  • Data obsessed – use financial data, usage metrics, ROI, etc. to drive decision-making
  • Lean Six Sigma and understanding of SDLC
  • Flexible in an agile environment - reviews the business needs, changes priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and pinpoints opportunities and risks
  • Fluent in English both written and communication skills
