  • Support Data & Data Analytics in Channel Execution and Academy
  • Monitor and tracking :- Branch service score, Branch service excellent development, Branch complaint
  • Analyze complaints from multi channels and identify root causes to propose feedback and solutions
  • Analyze Branch Service Score from multi channels and identify root causes to propose feedback and solutions
  • Analyze Branch Queue Time and identify root causes to propose feedback and solutions

Qualifications
  • Effective communication to branch people by deeply understanding business directions towards sales and service
  • Strong attitude for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with an orientation for detail and accuracy
  • Active learning and learning strategy
  • Driven to contribute and provide quality work
  • Manage time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
