- Support Data & Data Analytics in Channel Execution and Academy
- Monitor and tracking :- Branch service score, Branch service excellent development, Branch complaint
- Analyze complaints from multi channels and identify root causes to propose feedback and solutions
- Analyze Branch Service Score from multi channels and identify root causes to propose feedback and solutions
- Analyze Branch Queue Time and identify root causes to propose feedback and solutions
Qualifications
- Effective communication to branch people by deeply understanding business directions towards sales and service
- Strong attitude for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical mindset with an orientation for detail and accuracy
- Active learning and learning strategy
- Driven to contribute and provide quality work
- Manage time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
