Job Description

• Working with key internal support and control stakeholders to ideate, build and manage smooth processes related to digital businesses
• Develop process and measures to ensure a sound business case of new products or platforms, both economics and risk management
• Lead the identification, pursuit, and business development of targeted technology partner prospects to support distribution and enablement strategies
• Work with leadership and cross-functional peers to formulate and execute against go-to-market strategies across each of the identified strategic initiatives with our alliance and partner
• Directly contribute to the business development team success, growth & development by applying and/or reinforcing new disciplines and greater structure in function
• Identify and analyze key metrics, trends and opportunities to ensure a disciplined approach to the prioritization, investment and decision-making process
• Develop, track and execute against monthly and yearly revenue targets & other performance metrics as per the plan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer information system, business administration, software engineering, computer science, marketing or related fields
• At least 5+ years of high-quality experience in sales, business development, operations, or partnerships
• Knowledge and understanding of Data and Banking products and Banking processes and end to end knowledge of banking systems is required
• Analytically strong and ability to structure and negotiate complex deals
• Mature, professional and has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
• Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring the candidate to collaborate with multiple teams locally as well as globally
• Able to implement alliance strategies by thinking through steps of implementation, taking operational decisions, and putting personal effort as needed
• Strong understanding of business process, business consultative selling and partner &/or internal relationship
