Security Manager

atUnited Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL - UOB
  1. วางแผนงาน PM ระบบ Security ทั้งหมดของ UOB Plaza และควบคุมงานงานให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดที่ได้วางไว้ โดยระบบของ UOB Plaza ประกอบไปด้วย
    1. Turnstile
    2. FR
    3. Access control
    4. CCTV
  2. ทำหน้าที่ในการประสานงานกับ vendor และควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของผู้รับเหมาที่เข้ามาซ่อมบำรุงตามวาระหรือตามที่ร้องขอ
  3. วางแผนการสั่งซื้ออุปกรณ์ใหม่หรือทดแทน โดยเป็นคนกำหนดขอบข่ายของงานจัดเตรียมให้จัดซื้อ และร่วมกับจัดซื้อในการตรวจสอบใบเสนอราคาและ วางงบประมาณในการจัดจ้าง Vendor และ วางแผนการจัดจ้างงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามงบประมาณ
  4. ทำเรื่องสั่งซื้อใหม่อุปกรณ์ใหม่หรือทดแทน โดยประกวนราคาผ่านจัดซื้อ
  5. เป็นตัวแทนธนาคาร ประชุมประจำเดือนกับผู้รับเหมา และรวบรวมรายงานสรุปประจำเดือน เก็บสถิติต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา
  6. ติดตามงาน และทำการแก้ไขงานที่ค้าง
  7. เป็นผู้อนุมัติการให้สิทธิการเข้าพื้นที่ต่างๆ และควบคุมการทำงานของ Vendor ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
  8. Monitor การทำงานของ man guard ที่ดูแลห้อง control ทั้งที่ L1M และ loading area
  9. ฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ รปภ ด้านอุปกรณ์ security ที่เกี่ยวข้องอันได้แก เสียงตามสาย กล้องวงจรปิด เป็นต้น
  10. ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
