Job Description

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ ติดต่อลูกค้าเป้าหมายจากรายชื่อที่ธนาคารจัดหาให้ เพื่อนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ ให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย คุณสมบัติผู้ขอสินเชื่อ และขั้นตอนการสมัครแก่ลูกค้า รวบรวม ติดตาม และตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบการขอสินเชื่อให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดของธนาคาร ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการพิจารณาและอนุมัติสินเชื่อ แจ้งผลการอนุมัติสินเชื่อ วงเงิน และอัตราดอกเบี้ย พร้อมติดตามความประสงค์ของลูกค้าในการดำเนินการต่อ ดูแลและติดตามลูกค้าตลอดกระบวนการจนถึงขั้นตอนการทำสัญญาและจดจำนอง สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าและผลักดันยอดขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales, Telemarketing, Sales หรือธุรกิจสินเชื่อ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี มีใจรักงานขายและการบริการลูกค้า สามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายและแรงกดดันได้ดี มีความสามารถในการติดตามงานและประสานงานหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัยหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันชีวิต (นช) และ/หรือ ใบอนุญาตนายหน้าประกันวินาศภัย (นว) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
