Job Scope & Description:

• Drive Ready Credit & Cash Plus initiatives and build sustainable and healthy Portfolio for future business growth
• Support Migration Project to ensure smooth transition of Ready Credit portfolio where customer has equivalent service capability and experience after OD1 (Operation Day 1)
• Acquisition Champion to establish channel leverage model in order to acquire new Ready Credit customer thru both traditional and Digital platform
• Enhance Ready Credit Core Value Proposition to strenthen card benefit together with Credit Card.
• Portfolio Program Management to comply with BOT and better manage credit performance for Ready Credit portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail banking product management, product acquisition, cash card or revolving card product.
• Strong knowledge in retail baking products.
• Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
• Strong leadership skills.
